 The shape and the color of the vases might vary from the actual image, for any clarification and suggestions our Florist will going to communicate with you.

 Minimum order: 4 arrangements 

Kindly notify us of your order at least 10-7 days before the Events

 At the time of removal, if you want to keep the flower,
we will be happy to help you to leave all the flowers in your hand,
we only need those accessories according to the agreed time limit.

Booking Details

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬?
Products can be viewed in person (including mock-ups) once an event contract has been executed with all parties. No advance viewings are possible.

The cost of the mock-up will have a separate bill.

Why do mock ups cost? The florals have to be purchased, often in wholesale quantities, and the labor required to order, transport, process and design the florals are all a factor in the cost.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩?
The setup (assembly and disassembly) is carried out by Olga Events specialists.

At the time of removal, if you want to keep the flower,
we will be happy to help you to leave all the flowers in your hand,
we only need those accessories according to the agreed time limit.

Make the payment to the Bank Account, by bank transfer or cash.

Yes, you can cancel your order however, the following charges may still apply.

How to Order

Place your order on our website by selecting the preferred products and services from our catalog, and completing the personal details and event information forms. Once submitted, our consultant will contact you to finalize the order fully, taking into account special requirements and any customization options.

Payment of 50% is required within 48hrs of finalizing your order, with payment of balance no later than 7 days before the event date. In instances where there is less than 7 days total between order finalization and the planned event date, 100% payment is required up-front.
